1.1. No Refunds for Services: All bookings for body sculpting and spa facials are non-refundable. Once a service has been booked, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

1.2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the appointment fee.

2. Products

2.1. Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased from C-Luxe Spa, LLC, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2.2. Non-Returnable Products: Please note that cleanse and detox products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2.3. Return Process: To return a product, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Us: Notify us of your intent to return the product by contacting our customer service team at cluxespa@gmail.com.

b. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

c. Condition of Products: The product must be returned in its original packaging and a condition suitable for resale. Products that are opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a refund.

d. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

2.4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

3.1. Defective Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at cluxespa@gmail.com for assistance. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product and will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

3.2. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
